Ananda Marga was started in 1955 in India. In the course of the following years, the missionary monks and nuns of Ananda Marga have spread its philosophy to almost all countries of the world.

Yoga classes are conducted by experienced Yoga teachers of Ananda Marga.

Currently offers the following classes:

Adult Beginners
Adult Intermediate
Adult Advanced
Work-Out Classes
Yoga for Kids
Private classes available on request

Each Course consist of 7 lessons done once a week, over 7 weeks.
Each lesson is a 2-hour session.
