How We Work
A reliable maid shall be assigned to your household. She will be responsible and accountable for all the housekeeping needs of your home. The maid would vacuum and mop your home, wipe clean the furniture in the living room, make the beds in the bedroom, clean the kitchen floor, stove area, cabinets, fridge wash the bathroom wall tiles, shower screen, bath tub, toilet bowls, basins and tidy up the vanity top.
Flexibility
The days and time for weekly cleaning is fixed yet at the same time there is flexibility to when necessary. Just give us a call a couple of days earlier and we’ll the change of slots for you as an extra free benefit of using our service. Remember, we are only one phone call away to care for your domestic needs.

On Every Visit:
- Wash the bath rooms wall tiles, toilet bowls,bath tubs, shower screen,& vanity top
- Vacuum and sweep clean all the dust, dirt and litter on all the floors.
- Mop the entire place.
- Tidy the bedroom and study rooms.
- Wipe book shelves, shelves, display cabinets and all furniture.
- Iron laundry (not including bed linen and sheets) and fold clothes that are dry.
- Wash clothes in the washing machine and hang to dry
Anne Victoria Sparkles shall not be responsible for any damages while ironing or washing of all clothes.
Weekly Cleaning :
1. To change bed linen, sheets and pillow cases.
2. To thouroughly wipe clean ovens and cooking hobs and hoods.
3. To keep toilets and kitchen clean with the appropriate sanitizers.
Monthly on a Rotation Basis
1. To thoughly clean windows and window panes in the house.
2. To clean doors or sliding doors
3. Other large glass panels
Ad Hoc
1 To arrange inside of cabinets, cupboards or drawers whenever required by
client as work schedule can be re prioritized according to clients needs.
One Off Cleaning
We also have one-off cleaning; be it spring cleaning or moving in or moving out cleaning, with and without equipments provided as flexible to clients needs.

Anne Victoria Sparkles has been around since 1998. We are here to support young professionals both expats and locals as well as young couples who are too busy with office work to bother with housework. A lot of MNC's use our service for their expat executives relocating in Singapore. So basically our motto is you stay focus on your job and let us worry about your household chores!
2. Who cleans my place?
A Singaporean maid will clean your house. We avoid using 2 maids to avoid he security risk and the risk of dual accountability. One maid will be assigned to each client and she will be responsible for the housekeeping needs of your home. A relief maid will also be placed on standby for each client.
3. What sets you apart from other company?
Our focus on training and monitoring of our crew. We believe in professionalism and rely on your feedback to customise our service to your needs. Unlike agents who simply introduces a maid and takes a commission for it without being responsible for what happens afterwards; we take care of you all the way. 4. I do not want to be home when the maid cleans. Is this okay?
This is totally okay. You don't have to be home. Our workers have the best track records and they are always monitored and sent for training. Most of our clients prefers this too.
5. Is your cleaning service prompt and reliable?

7. How do I make payment?
Monthly payment through Cheque, Giro or ATM are available.
8. Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No. Our standard service agreement allows you to stop the service at any time by giving a one month notice to terminate.
9. How do I know you'll do a good job?
