2. Facilities Management System

a. Security Management System

The IBSS2000 is a scalable enterprise Security Management System that is the central command and control center for the entire corporate security requirements. b. Visitor Management System

Asis VMS is a customised system that provides all visitor related transactions from visitor registration, entry pass printing and entry pass return.  You can complete all the tasks in one simple window-based spread sheet style GUI.

You can also have the option to print photo of your visitor or send a sms to the visitor when the entry pass is issued and ready for collection.

c. Facilities Booking System

The usage of your facilities can be easily managed if you employ a proper tool.  Asis Facilites Booking System is designed to take care of booking of facilities in your premises.  Upon a successful booking, your access card is automatically made available to use the booked facilities at the designated time.

d. Card Issue Management System

Need to design your access card with your company logo and have it printed on the card along with your company name, staff name, staff id, NRIC, etc?
This is made possible with the Asis Card Imaging Management System. 
It is an advance template designer with capabilites of accuire image from external source like a scanner and digital camera. Mulitple database fields are also made available for importing and used in the template designing.

e. Mobile Messaging

Need to receive a sms with security information about your office when you are somewhere else?  This is possible by employing this popular tool, which has already been widely adopted.  Once you have taken care of your end users, the security personnel need not be deskbound to oversee the whole situation. 1. Credentials

Smart cards are cards that are embedded with either a microprocessor and a memory chip or only a memory chip with non-programmable logic. The microprocessor card can add, delete, and otherwise manipulate information on the card, while a memory-chip card (for example, pre-paid phone cards) can only undertake a pre-defined operation.

Smart cards, unlike magnetic stripe cards, can carry all necessary functions and information on the card. Therefore, they do not require access to remote databases at the time of the transaction.

4. Comms Modules

ASIS Technologies has a range of converters that allows easy interfacing of different equipment types. Each signal converter is suited to a different system configuration.

BF450M 100BaseT RS232/RS485 to TCPIP Converter The BF450M is a RS232/RS485 to TCPIP converter integrated with robust system and network management features. It is designed for use with industrial equipment and may be easily accessed and/or controlled via intratnet or internet. With integration to real time operating system and complete TCPIP protocol stack capability, the BF450M provides a highly robust and high performance system that connects easily to any network including the internet. Installation of the BF450M is easy with the use of plug-able connectors.         ARS485 RS485 to RS232 Signal Powered Converter The ARS485 converter takes advantage of RS485 on systems originally equipped with RS232. It transparently converts RS232 signals into RS485 signals. The ARS485 lets you build an industrial grade, long distance communication system with standard PC hardware. Circuitry in the ARS485 automatically senses the direction of data flow, dispensing with handshaking requirements in the network,  and reducing the cabling requirements in an RS485 network to just two wires. Data transmission speeds of up to 115.2 Kbps are possible.

5. Software

	IBSS2000 Integrated Security Management System Software ACM120 dial up at a remote site to a central server. The RS485 data from Access controller is uploaded to the server via the dial up modem on a daily basis. The ACM120 Module is to support remote dialing between IBSS software and ACU200 controller. Dial-up modems have a maximum speed of 56 kbit/s (using the V.92 protocol).

VMS Visitor Management System

The VMS is a complete solution for managing visitors, contractors and non-resident staffs within a premise. Visitor information can be easily captured and stored by the computerized system including personal particulars, photograph, hosting staff and in/out date & time. Visitor Pass can be printed and issued to provide positive verification of all visitors in just a few seconds.

The web-based Visitor Request (VRQ) software module enables easy deployment and use by any staff to pre-register visitors making Visitor Pass issuance even more rapid.

Once registration is complete a SMS can be sent to the mobile phone of the staff. Various built-in reports are available including Contact Tracing, Overdue Visitors, No-Show Visitors and Visitor Movements reports.

b. CIMS Card Issuing Management System

The CIMS is a Customise Card design software, which match the requirement of security and card access industry needs. CIMS is powerful but yet very easy to setup and use. A total integration solution you can link the ibss databases, process smart cards, design template all on one userfriendly program. The fully integrated environment allows you to easily manage your design and printing jobs. The easy database feature allows you to use as simple data entry and print software. With power imaging features you can integrate any picture format from digital photo cameras, real time imaging through Video for windows, or any other images in the database. CIMS is able to print to most card printers in the market and virtually any printer through drivers.

Facilities Booking System

Facilities booking web based application ease the process of leasing rooms and spaces. It is at every desktop when you need to used it. Login yourself and you are ready to go. With your cardholder id, you enter the date and time of your desire and the room you like to lease. Upon successful booking your card will automatically be make enable during the time you set.

If you have experience advance booking a room, but you have to forgotten to draw the key for it. Or your booking timing clashes with others without realising. These are thing of the past. With our facilities booking system all this are done at your desktop and you are sure to get the room you need at the time you want it.

No more drawing of extra keys as your access card are enable to use the room during the booking timing. Your booking time is dedicated to you as no other.

Mobile Messaging Gateway 

Introducing another stable and reliable subsystem/ Product called “SMS Server”, which is in the market for last 3 years.

It’s Consist of two major components Software and Hardware.

(1)   Hardware Component consisit of a USB based external device, SIM card provided by local telco with proper SMS credits available along with the local SMS GateWay number.
(2)   Software Component is a server module which allows to Connect CommServer Software and VMS Software.
CommServer and VMS application can send messages to this SMS server up to maximum of 5 Smart messages (SMS’s) for each and every predefined Alarms/Events and Visitors Entry/Exit details from CommServer Software and VMS respectively.
For example if there is an Door forced open Alarm in one particular department main door (Finance Department), the system can send SMS to Security System Admin, Finance Department Admin, Finance Department Head, Security In charge and particular block Security guard * .
