Coolinc provides most air conditioning works for both residential and commercial property. 

a) General Service / Maintenance

Description: This service includes cleaning of the indoor fancoil and outdoor condenser, cleaning of the drainage piping and checking for your air conditioning system.

Scope of work:

- Clean & check air filter
- Check deodorizing and purifying filter
- Clean & check indoor evaporator coil
- Vacuuming of drainage system
- Clean & check outdoor condenser coil
- Check fan bearing and lubricate (if necessary)
- Check compressor suction and discharge pressure

b) Yearly Contract Service / Maintenance

Description: The contract package comprise of either 3 services per year or 4 services per year at a regular interval. The service includes cleaning of the indoor fancoil and outdoor condenser, clearing of the drainage piping and checking for your air conditioning system.

Scope of work:

- Clean & check the airfilter
- Check deodorising and purifying filter
- Celan & check indoor evaporatat
- Vacuuming of drainage system
- Clean & check outdoor condesor coil
- Check compressor suction and discharge pressure

c) Chemical Overhaul Service

Description:  This service involved a very thorough chemical cleaning (overhaul)of the air conditioning unit.  The service is needed when a general cleaning of the aircon unit does not improve the condition.

Scope of work:

- Dismantle of electronic control and drainage device
- Chemical flushing of fancoil unit and all parts
- Chemical flushing of drainage system
- Charging in of refrigerant (R-22) gas
- Check control and thermostats
- Test and commission system
