SCOPE OF OUR WORK:

Indoor FCU

 
Dismantle unit casing for with / without chemical washing
Cleaning of air filters & covers with / without chemical
Cleaning of evaporator & blower with / without chemical
Cleaning & flashing of drain pan & purging piping with/without chemical
 

Outdoor CU

 
Checking & dry cleaning of condenser unit if necessary
Checking of fan motor bearing & grease when necessary
Checking of compressor condition if necessary, esp checking of compressor suction & discharge pressure
Checking of refrigerant gas pressure... The schedule of rate for every
1kg is $10.00*min. $60.00 (R22 gas)
Inspect equipment for refrigerant gas leaks with vacuum pump & report if any
Job to be done during office hours-8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday
Testing & commissioning

4-5 no. fan coil S$ 30 per no.
