Founded in 1990 by Mr Ng Cheng Hwee, Ee Hui Food Manufacture Pte Ltd is now a major manufacturer of seafood products in Singapore. We manufacture a wide range of traditional local seafood delights including fish balls, fish cakes, cuttlefish balls, crab balls, prawn balls, chicken balls etc.

Ee Hui  seeks  to provide our customers with healthy, nutritious and tasty food as well as excellent customer service with its team of dedicated and efficient staff. Our excellent products are a result of using top quality raw materials directly imported from overseas and using the latest automated machinery in our production.

Currently, our distribution network spans wet markets, mini-marts and major supermarkets such as Cold Storage, Shop N Save, Prime Supermarkets as well as Carrefour in Singapore. Apart from distributing to the local market, we have already penetrated into Australia, Malaysia and Brunei markets.

Ee  Hui operates as a wholly owned manufacturing company. Mr Ng Cheng Hwee has a dream to further expand  his business  and hopes to  introduce the Singapore local delights worldwide.
