SINGH PPA, PHF, CSC, FISM, CPI, CII (Certified International
Investigator), who is a retired Detective Station Inspector with 21 years
of Loyal and Meritorious service in the Singapore Police Force and has
been awarded a record total of at least 39 Medals and Commendations,
including The Public Administration Medal from The President of Singapore
during the National Day Awards, The Merlion Investigator Award from The
Security Association Singapore, The American Police Hall Of Fame and
Museum Award, a
SPECIAL RECOGNITION AWARD
in 1995 from an INTERNATIONAL PANEL of his
peers from around the world FOR BEING THE MOST
CELEBRATED PRIVATE DETECTIVE OF THE WORLD and again in 2004 was
presneted by his peers from the International Institute of Security &
Safety Management with the VETERAN INVESTIGATOR
AWARD for being the Best and the Most Successful and Acknowledged
Investigator of Asia during the past quarter century. He is the first and
only person in the world to receive such a highly honourable award.
He has also received the very prestigious Man of
the Year 2000 Award from the
American Biographical Institute and
numerous other Commendatory Awards for exceptionally good work done. Mr.
HARMON SINGH commenced his investigation career with the Singapore Police
Force in 1959 and subsequently established his own Private Investigation
Business in 1981.

world.
