TESTIMONIALS
Alice Tay
I first saw Mr Lee’s advertisement for cycling
lessons in the Straits Times but hesitated to call as I didn’t think he
would be interested in teaching a middle aged woman to ride a bicycle. I
was wrong - Mr. Lee assured me that he did not discriminate against
anyone and his oldest student was 65.
Mr. Lee’s charges (a
four one-hour beginner’s course) are more than reasonable and his
honesty and integrity are remarkable. Because it rained heavily on my
last lesson, he insisted on a make-up class for free. As I was a slow
learner, very often each lesson extended beyond one hour without any
loss of enthusiasm on the part of Mr. Lee despite strenuous exertions
which left him drenched in perspiration.
One reason for my
reluctance to learn to cycle was that my friends had told me that you
can’t learn to ride a bicycle unless you’ve fallen a few times. With Mr.
Lee as my instructor, I never fell once nor did I sustain any form of
injury.
As a former teacher, I
can identify someone with a passion for teaching and Mr Lee is certainly
an outstanding example. He is patient, kind, relaxed and fine-tunes his
lesson to suit the student. With someone lacking confidence like me, he
was careful to reassure me that he was right beside me all the time and
his sense of humour helped to lighten the lessons.
It is little wonder
that Mr Lee’s students range in age from four to the elderly and he even
succeeded in teaching children with learning disabilities. I would
strongly recommend Mr. Lee to anyone who wants to learn to ride a
bicycle painlessly — the lessons are highly enjoyable and in my case, I
only wish I had met Mr. Lee earlier.

Cycling was never as fun and enjoyable until my boy and I
learnt how to cycle with greater confidence and dexterity
from Edmund Lee.
Edmund is indeed, a patience and capable cycling trainer. He
is no doubt very experience and careful. Not forgetting that
he is good with children too. After another 2 hours of
lesson, Kevin could do all that he needs to do with his bike
- start, brake, making sharp turns, cycle up and down slopes
- all with great confidence.
Throughout the training, under Edmund's responsible and
careful guidance, Kevin and I did not fall off the bike nor
sustain any injury.
Cycling is now a family event for us. We enjoyed many great
outdoors cycling in the neighbourhood and in different
parks. In fact, recreational cycling is a painless way to
shape up and keep fit for all of us.

This course includes riding along a straight line, turning
at an angle, negotiating narrow path, riding up and down
slopes, etc.
Edmund is very patient and most dedicated to teaching those
under his guidance. I would like to recommend those who wish
to learn a bicycle to join Edmund for a complete programme
of bicycle riding.

I would like to express my thanks to Edmund who had
successfully taught me cycling. His patience and
encouragement had boosted my confidence tremendously in
learing cycling.
