About Lock-N-Stitch®

LOCK-N-STITCH® repairs technology and products provide the ultimate repair solutions for crack and broken cast iron casting and other cast metals. We specialize in manufacturing crack and thread repair products and providing training in crack repair techniques.

We have over 30 different stitching pins. They come in several diameters and thread lengths. These special stitching pins are used daily by hundreds of repair technicians around the world to perform engine block repairs and cylinder head crack repairs.

L series and C series pins are available in steel, stainless steel, bronze and aluminium.

Full-Torque® Permanent Thread Replacement Insert - for permanent repairs of cracked, broken, stripped, seized threaded holes and bolt holes.

We have over 10 different designs of inserts to suit the original profile of threaded and bolt holes. Installation of our insert will have the threaded and bolt hole repair or reinforce stronger than the original.
