The Institute of Technical Education, Singapore, or ITE was established as a post-secondary technical education institution in 1992.  ITE is Singapore’s principal provider of technical education and the principal authority in developing national occupational skills certification and standards to enhance Singapore’s workforce competitiveness.

ITE has 3 Colleges as follows :

•  ITE College Central - Bedok, Bishan, MacPherson, Tampines & Yishun Campuses
•  ITE College East
•  ITE College West - Ang Mo Kio, Balestier, Bukit Batok, Clementi & Dover Campuses

♦  Development of National-level Certification & Standards in various industry sectors to support the global competitiveness of the Singapore workforce

♦  Industry Linkages and International Collaborations to strengthen the relevance of ITE’s Certification and Training System in a global economy
