Specialties
Plates of wickedly fresh fish sit contentedly on a pristine bed of ice at our sushi/sashimi counter. Our hamachi (yellow tail) cuts are outstandingly sweet. Kamameshi (Japanese clay pot) and Ramen (Japanese popular noodle) are not to be missed. Our ramen is handmade and it takes more than 10 hours to bring ramen stock to its full richness and tastiness.
