was in 1938 that Lawrence Frank, our founder, opened the first
Lawry’s the Prime Rib in Beverly Hills with what was then a
revolutionary idea – a single entree, roasted prime ribs of
beef. Numerous awards have been won, bearing testimony to our
unique style, inspiring food and exemplary service.
Today, we continue to uphold that
tradition of extraordinary quality that has set us apart from
the rest. Each of our standing rib roasts is aged for up to 21
days to heighten tenderness, and then slow roasted on beds of
rock salt, to force the juices inward and ensure uniformly
flavourful meat. Guests also rave about our Spinning Bowl Salad
and side dishes. Then there’s our unique style of service. We
serve with pomp and flair. “Silver” carts are wheeled to the
tables, showcasing the standing rib roasts from which customers
can choose cuts from as rare to as well done as they like. These
carts are an integral part of our dining legacy. No expense was
spared in the design. Made of stainless steel, they cost as much
as a brand new Cadillac, just as they did when they were first
built in 1938. Even our servers’ uniforms were designed to make
our customers feel like they are being waited upon in an
exclusive club. Customers deserve affordable luxury.

Rib Singapore will instantly be transported to an old world
where the charms of traditional fine English dining thrill the
senses.
The Prime Room
The Prime Room, like the Grande
Room, has the highest ceiling for a restaurant in
Singapore. Accented by French Impressionist paintings and the
same rich woods, it exudes classic elegance. The Prime Room
seats 80 diners and is also available for private functions.
The Yorkshire
and Vintage Rooms
The Yorkshire Room has a maximum
capacity of 25 diners, while the Vintage Room can accommodate
14. These are popular venues for private parties, business
meetings and seminars. Decorated in the same classical style,
the two rooms can be reserved individually or booked together
for a combined capacity of 35-40 (with partition removed).

Housing its signature dish-Roasted Prime Ribs of

Lobster Tails, Yorkshire Pudding, Flambe Special and
Strawberry English Trifle. While the prime ribs of beef remains
as Lawry’s signature dish, alternative dishes on the menu
include lobster, fish and chicken. Comprehensive wine lists are
