Wide selection of dishes  - vegetarian as well as non vegetarian.

Vegetarian food can also be prepared without the use of garlic and onions. Preference for mild or spicy hot food can also be specified.

SPECIALTIES

• Brinjal Bharta, roasted and mashed brinjal with a subtle tomato-garlic flavour

• Rogan Gosht, tender pieces of lamb in a robust gravy

• Fish in banana leaves, fresh fish fillets, seasoned with the medley of spices and fenugreek leaves, wrapped in banana leaves and fried

• Mock Duck Grill (vegetarian's delight) processed soya marinated with spices and grilled

• Moghul Raan, half leg of lamb marinated with spices and herbs and slow oven roasted.

• Kesar Pista Kulfi, a traditional home-style ice cream served with thickened milk and falooda

• Rasmalai, snowy white floats of home made cottage cheese, sweetened milk and silvered pistachio nuts.
