Your security system is programmed to dial out and connect to Optimax 24-Hour Monitoring Station.

When an alarm is activated, your security system will send a signal to our Command Center where it is decoded and processed by our state-of-the art computerized system.

Our well trained monitoring officers will be alerted and will take immediate action to alert the relevant authorities.

Medical Emergency
In the event where an ambulance is needed, the care giver or helper may not have the time to call and give directions to an ambulance. With our system, the care giver just need to press and hold the Medical Emergency button located on the panel for just 2 seconds and our customer service officer will dispatch an ambulance while the care giver takes care of the child.
For elderly parents or persons with medical conditions, they can be given a wireless medical pendant which they can press in the event of an emergency, notifying our customer service officers, allowing them to get emergency assistance.

How we respond to an alarm?

When we receive a burglary alarm, we will first contact your premises to verify the source of the alarm. We will ask for your name and your All-OK password to verify that we are speaking to the right person and take the actions as requested.

Should the phone go unanswered after 6 rings, we will contact the people listed on your Emergency Contact List.

If an alarm is confirmed or the police presence is requested, we will dispatch the police. The police require a key holder to be present at the premises within an hour to open the door for them to conduct their investigation.
