	Heat Treatment "If you have a large part from an oil rig hanger or machine tool that you need to heat treat, there aren't many companies in Southeast Asia you can send them to. Especially when they need to be treated to a high degree of precision. At ODE'96, we're fully equipped to treat parts of up to 3 tonnes, measuring 1000mm in diameter and 3m in length. Of course, we have other furnaces designed for smaller parts such as machine tools parts, automotive parts and computer components. All our furnaces are well equipped with effective process control systems, for example, a Process Reporter with computerized sensors that can register up to 32 parameters such as temperature, percentage hydrogen, ammonia, and the flow rate of nitriding gas, while a microprocessor based Programmer controls the nitriding cycle. Some of the heat treatment processes we are involved with include Annealing, Normalising, Stress Relief, Hardening, Carburising, Carbonitriding, Gas Nitriding, Solution Treatment and Sub-Zero Treatment. Besides those, we provide inspection services such as hardness testing from Rockwell, Vickers / Brinell, and Knoop for superficial hardness and micro hardness testing for case depth analysis. Equipment includes Micro Hardness, Portable & Bench Hardness Testers, Cut-off machine & Polisher, Metallurgical Optical & Digital Microscopy.
	ST Kinetics has a wide range of industrial support services to support a wide range of production and manufacturing requirements including waterjet and laser cutting of a wide variety of material, high precision 9 degrees of freedom robotic welding and multiple axes CNC machines capable of handling up to 20 tons of material. The company's heat treatment processes include annealing, normalising, stress relief, hardening, nitriding, case hardening, solution treatment, sub-zero treatments and brazing. For chemical finishing, ST Kinetics is capable of processes such as phosphating, hardchrome, black oxide and selective plating. Other industiral supprt services include machining, waterjet cutting, laser cutting, welding, heat treatment and chemical.

Welding
Our welding facilities are suited for Titanium, Armour Steel (MIL STD 46100 & MIL STD 12560), Stainless Steel and Aluminium.

Precision Machining
Our precision machines enable accurate machining of various types and sizes of parts or sophisticated components from forged blocks and tubes to weld structures and castings. Materials we work with include high alloy steels, titanium, aluminium and bronze. These machines include a range of CNC machines such as the Turning, Turn-Mill, Horizontal Borer, Double Column Milling and Vertical Milling.

Surface Treatment / Painting
We specialise in surface treatment and painting on an industrial scale. Our blasting and painting booths cater for mid to large-scale objects. Trained and proficient in the different types of paint systems, our staff provide expertise in the preparation and coating of different materials or substrate.

Plate Cutting
Plate Cutting services inlcude abrasive water jet cutting and CO2 laser cutting. The abrasive water jet cutting machines can work with materials such as metals, non-metallic items like marble, wood or glass, as well as composite. Our CO2 laser cutter handles tougher materials such as armour plate, metals and stainless steel.

Chemical Finishing
Chemical Finishing services include Zinc & Manganese Phosphating, Hard Chroming of Steel Bars, Stainless Steel Black Oxidising and Selectron Plating. Our chemical finishing laboratory is fully equipped to provide services such as chemical analyses, salt spray, thickness, adhesion and porosity tests.
