ABOUT US
Ready Software
was founded in October 1993. Rachel Swee our Founder and
Managing Director is a CPA and a Chartered Certified Accountant
(UK). In 1989, Rachel Swee received the "Entrepreneur of the
Year Award" from the Rotary Club of Singapore.
Ready
Software was voted a top HR Vendor for 2 years running
2006 and 2007 by senior HR managers from various organisations
across all industries. These awards recognise the high value
contributions our HR software and services make to the HR
profession of Singapore.
Rachel Swee
currently sits on panel of the Complaints and Disciplinary Panel
of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). She
was the past Chairman of the Computer Services committee of the
Institute of Certified and Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). In 1998 and 1999, she was
the invited judge for the "Young Executive of the Year
Award". Prior to founding Ready Software, Rachel Swee was a
Managing Director for 8 years at a local software company
Creative Software and before that a Regional Financial
Controller (Asia Pacific) at BIS, a UK software company.

Online Leave Application & Approval

Ready Leave
is a web-based leave application that allows
employees to apply for leave online via the
internet browsers from anywhere and at any
time. Managers have the ability to view
leave balances of their headcount, and
approve or decline leave submissions at
their discretion from anywhere and anytime
in the world. HR officer have the ability to
maintain or setup new employees from
anywhere and at anytime.

is an on-line ePayslip

and password to view or print
their payslips. At year-end, it

print their IRAS forms like

Appendix 8B.
Ready ePayAdvice is an
employee self-service system
that are for employees who have
computers and complements the
payroll department's current
method of distributing laser
sealable payslips or presealed

statement from Ready Staff. There is no
need to populate any employee data,
since Ready Email derives email

Online
Claims Submission and Approval

Ready Claim is an online claim
submission system that allows employees to submit
expenses or overtime claims via enterprise network or
the internet. There is no need for employees to submit
triplicate expense claim sheets to their managers
anymore. All they need is to submit expense summary
online, and the system will notify respective managers
or designates of incoming reimbursements via email.
Managers will be able to review expense entitlement
balances (e.g. medical or dental), and approve or reject
accordingly. Approved reimbursements are posted into
Ready Pay or Ready Staff, saving your HR dept from

Timesheet is the time tracking

Ready
Timesheet tracks the number of hours
worked by an employee. It allows employees to

barcoding or RFID technology. With the aid of a
handheld laser scanner or PDA, your days of
auditing fixed assets is reduced significantly.
You also have the capability to review all
missing assets, undocumented or displaced
assets.
By using a barcode
printer, Ready Asset-Audit can print single or
multiple unit water-proof labels for your
assets. And with Ready Asset, users can export
selected assets to be audited to a handheld
laser scanner. Thus, you can assign different
groups of assets to be tracked during an audit
