The
Registry of Companies and Businesses (RCB) is a government agency that
administers the Business Registration Act, Cap 32, Companies Act, Cap 50
and the Trust Companies Act, Cap 336. RCB regulates the formation of
business firms and companies and it is also a centre of information where
one may obtain registered particulars of business entities.
