Chan Chan Yaki – The highlight of this delicacy is definitely the fresh salmon that is lightly seared on the outside, leaving the inside still tender and moist. It is served with a healthy portion of Chinese long cabbage, bean sprouts and various kinds of delicious mushrooms.
Jingisukan – This famous Hokkaido-style barbecue consists of paper-thin sheets of lamb, accompanied by generous helpings of healthy Chinese long cabbage, bean sprouts and a variety of fresh mushrooms.

Whet your appetite with the traditional Japanese starters of the Mozuku to Ebi no Su-no-mono – seaweed and shrimp in vinegar, and the Okara no Itame-mono – stir-fried soybean remains with various fresh vegetables. Experience the rich heritage of Japanese culture with dishes such as the Shinoda-maki, which consists of minced chicken wrapped with fried Japanese bean curd, and some beef cuisine cooked by Japanese cooking way is available, such as roast beef, beef tataki.

Try something out of the ordinary and have a go at the Buta no Kaku-ni to Konbu no Taki-awase, which consists of stewed pork chop with seaweed, a Japanese style bak kut teh. Desserts that leave a sweet taste on your lips, such as the Mizu Yokan – red bean paste jelly, and the Yuzu Shabetto – citron sherbet, make for a nice ending to your meal.
