WATER TREATMENT DIVISION

Overview

SEKO has been a relevant manufacturer of metering pumps and dosing systems since more than 40 years.

The company operates since years in strict conformance to Quality Systems, certified as per ISO 9001:2000 Standards.

Dosing systems for the water treatment includes solenoid metering pumps, motor driven mechanical pumps, measure and control instruments and a wide range of accessories. Dosing systems for swimming pools, pumps and integrated measuring instruments and pre-assembled panels for measuring and monitoring the chemical and physical properties of water are simply a few examples of the development of products based on the specific needs of the market and of customers.

The design of metering units with tanks, stirrers, metering pumps and their accessories, together with systems for the automatic polyelectrolite preparation complete the range of products based increasingly on an approach oriented on Custumers needs.

Electronic Dosing Systems
The high frequency of the dosing pulses and the great chemical compatibility of the components make these pumps extremely precise and versatile products.Thanks to their microprocessor-based electronics, they adapt easily to any dosing requirement.

The need to address problems such as liquid pollution and public health protection drove SEKO to create its own line of housings and filter cartridges.

SEKO identified numerous solutions to satisfy the varying needs of water filtration, treatment, and pretreatment for all kinds of applications.

The materials used make SEKO housings and filter cartridges suitable for the most common domestic applications, in professional filtration and industrial processes, guaranteeing the elimination of:

The UV SERIES is a Ultraviolet Light-Based system for primary and waste water disinfection, based on class-Cultraviolet light, ensures thorough and non chemical-based disinfection. When compared to other technologies, it offers the following advantages:     Low operating and maintenance costs     Easy and safe to install     No water balance alteration     No change to water smell or taste     No risk to users. 4. METERING DOSING PUMPS

a. Electronic Metering Pumps TEKNA Series It covers a wide range of performances with only a few models, providing simplicity in after sales service and parts requirements. Only one model for all chemical media SEKO TEKNA series is equipped with liquid handling materials that guarantee a very wide chemical compatibility. The pump head made of Polypropilene reinforced with glass fibre, with PTFE diaphragm, unique double ball valve design and the absence of elastomers in contact with the dosed media TEKNA can work with almost all chemicals used in water treatement plants, swimming pools, cooling towers, galvanic plants etc. All pumps are equipped with a manual bleed valve integrated in the liquid end.

b. Motor Driven Dosing Pumps SPRING Series

Simplicity, reliability and easy installation are the foremost features of this series of pumps with heads in plastic material or stainless steel, ceramic pistons and self-adjusting seals.
