CALL CENTRE OPERATION

Having our own call centre operations, we are uniquely equipped with a team of Customer Service Officers who have at their finger-tips:

       A customized computerized order receiving & dispatching system
       A radio system for quick & efficient communications with all drivers

Our friendly drivers are also well trained to check your LPG system periodically so as to give your home that extra safety protection.

 

	OUR CUSTOMERS With our strong base in the West part of Singapore, we have an average of 2 trucks in each  zone.  This helps us to stay close to our customers and provide them with fast delivery. Our commercial customers include hospitals, schools, laundromats, bakeries as well as coffee-shops & canteens which are located islandwide. The LPG supply to most eateries is centrally supplied via internal piping system with a volumetric flow meter. With our team of experienced technicians, we are able to provide professional services in installation of equipments & pipings.  They are also well equipped with skills of maintaining and servicing of the equipments & stoves.  We also provide forklift gas as they are cleaner & more eco-friendly.
