Unlike most restaurants
that may add in other dishes for diversity, Spizza concentrates only
on pizza and a selection of starters. All pizzas are wood-fired,
instead of baked in an electric oven, which makes a difference in
the final taste. A reasonable variety of appetisers are included in
the menu, from the usual bruschetta to deep fried calamari and raw
salmon.
