Since its incorporation in 1978, Suzue-PSA Cold
Storage has grown to become the largest independent coldroom operator in the
region. It also has the region's most modern facilities located at the world's
busiest port.
Suzue-PSA Cold Storage is a joint venture between
the Port of
Singapore Authority (PSA) Corporation,
and Suzue Corporation, one of Japan's leading warehousing company in
Tokyo/Yokohama.
From a 4,000-tonne cold storage facility in 1980,
Suzue-PSA now has 20,000 tonnes of freezer, chiller and air-conditioned
facilities.

The company has four coldroom facilities
strategically located near the airport and seaport. These are the Keppel Centre,
Pasir Panjang Centre, Alexandra Centre, and Tanjong Pagar Centre.
Its coldroom facilities are equipped with
sophisticated machinery for temperature control, ground handling and stacking.
They also have advanced fire protection systems which are linked to PSA
Corporation's fire fighting enunciator panel.
Maximum security is ensured with 24-hour security
system and tight control of cargo in and out of the coldrooms. Documentation and
inventory control are fully computerised for easy checking and retrieval of
cargo.
