The company has also since grown from Sales, Purchase & Lease of memberships to Specialized Consultation service, Golf Booking,  Last min Buy /Sell  Tee time & Buy/ Sell used golf sets.

Through our regular, advertisements, searches and net working over the past 18 years to date, we have built a very strong clientele base for Golfing, Recreation and Marina club membership for potential buyers and sellers all over the world. We have also established contacts with most of the government sector in Singapore, corporate companies and clubs itself who seek consultation with us.

Tee Up (Fion Phua) appointed since 2003 as agent for realization of Club memberships belonging to Insolvent persons and Directors of Wound Up Companies by Government of Singapore being their external parties.
