Here, the menu
features classic favourites like Teochew Cold Crabs, where the
crustaceans are steamed and then chilled. Eaten with sweet lemon
sauce, it complements the natural sweetness of fresh crabs. And what
is Teochew food without the much beloved Braised Goose, where the
meat is stewed over a slow heat in a concoction of soy sauce and
spices to allow the goose to soak up all the flavours. To end off,
try the Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts, where the hearty flavour of taro
is transformed into a smooth sweet paste that melts in the mouth.

special dish - Spare Ribs with Barbeque Sauce. Served with

plum-based sauce.
