(UIE) was established in Singapore in 1991, and had since
set up another office in Tokyo, Japan in 1998. It has
acquired a wealth of experience in Tankers, Bulk
Carrier/Container Vessels and Conversion for FPSO/FSO.
We take great pride in the fact
that we have carried out many specialized special/intermitted
surveys. The implementation of Solutions are undertaken and
completed to the satisfaction of the clients within the
scheduled time. We have carried out inspection for many
shipowners. Many of them are still with us today.
Our personnel are skilled and
reliable professionals, dedicated to delivering the highest
level of NDT services. Beside all relevant qualifications, they
are also holding valid OPITO Tropical Basic Offshore Safety
Induction and Emergency Certificates (IFAP, Australia). This
will allow them to work on Offshore Platform.

DNV, Lloyd’s Register and NK. Our
