Established in 1998, Uniseal is a leading homegrown waterproofing company in Singapore which provides premium quality and integrated waterproofing solutions for new constructions and professional restoration services to existing structures.
Uniseal promises premium quality and standards in the Design and Consultancy of Waterproofing Systems, Maintenance Services and the Manufacture and Distribution of Waterproofing Products.
This includes intensive waterproofing solutions introduced to new constructions during the design and consultancy of waterproofing. Our customers include renowned architecture firms and developers, consultants, property management firms, factory owners, building owners, embassies, hotels, hospitals, churches, temples, mosque and private house owners.
Uniseal has grown from strength to strength, with more than 2000 customers and endorsed projects. As recent as 2002, Uniseal has extended her operations overseas spanning to Malaysia, Philippines and India. Leveraging on its existing capabilities, Uniseal is without doubt well established in the waterproofing maintenance market with the aim to become Asia’s leading waterproofing company.
Uniseal is registered with the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore under the waterproofing trade (CR13) and has achieved L4 grading which enable her to tender projects value up to S$ 5 million dollar. Uniseal is one of the first batch of companies recognized and certified to W1 category by Singapore Concrete Institute, which is the highest level of waterproofing accreditation.
Known as being the pioneer in the development of the full-proof waterproofing treatment to tile roofs, Uniseal has scored many firsts in the industry. Besides being The First waterproofing company to attain the internationally recognized ISO 9001: 2000 certification in 2002, it is also The First in this industry to achieve the Singapore Quality Class for business excellence in 2003. In 2005, Uniseal once again, is The First in the industry to be awarded the Singapore Promising Brand Award.
