COLLEGE FACILITIES
The United World
College of South East Asia occupies a campus of over 11 hectares in
a central but attractive area of Singapore. The College is modern
and well-equipped with specialist facilities which allow a wide
range of educational activities.
Facilities shared by all
the Schools in the College:
The main hall seats over
400. Two further theatre halls seat 200 and 300.
Two
sports halls are equipped for a wide range of sports including
badminton, basketball and volleyball. In addition there is an
Olympic-sized swimming pool, a fitness centre, a gymnasium,
flood-lit tennis courts, and playing areas - three of them Astroturf
- for cricket, hockey, netball, rugby, tennis and soccer.
The
College also has access to a centre on a Malaysian island and other
similar facilities which offer opportunities for camping, sailing,
canoeing, windsurfing, mountain biking and orienteering.
There are
fully equipped suites of rooms for art, music, drama and home
economics. |
