CORPORATE EVENT MANAGEMENT

WOUTER Acontecimiento is an event management specialist.  Our consultants bring with them extensive experience in organizing formal and informal events management experience.

Our objective is to take the hassle and stress out of your events and free you to concentrate on other critical functions toward the growth of your organisation.

We are focused on helping you attain the maximum positive impact for the event to your target audience, be it your customers, business partners, investors or, the general public.  At WOUTER, we take charge of all critical aspects of the event and are involved from the start (i.e. pre-event), to the actual event itself and the post-event follow-up.

Our services will prove to be especially valuable and beneficial to companies which do not have in-house or external investor relation consultants as we provide cost-effective services to reach out to analysts, fund managers and other financial professionals for major corporate events such as results briefing.

Our Services

 

Pre-event planning and event ideas: Conceptualising and budget analysis.

Guest co-ordination: Assisting with guest invitation via fax, email and where necessary via mail, RSVPs and follow-
* up including drafting of the text for the Invitation Letter/Card.
Guest-of-Honour/VIPs : Rendering assistance with contacting Government officials and protocol/liaison for Guests-
* of-Honour.
Event logistics: Sourcing for appropriate venues based on your budget/convenience; making the necessary
* bookings and arrangements to ensure smooth organisation of the event.
Event management: Organise, coordinate, manage, execute and handle all logistics pertaining to the staging of
* the whole event
Third party liaison: Liaising with third-party vendors and suppliers for venue, F&B, publicity materials,
* backdrops/banners, photography & videography, invitation cards, audio/visual equipment, etc. including providing
* the bilingual Master of Ceremony.
Guest Relations: Providing registration/reception and guest relation services throughout the event including on-site

technicians, etc. throughout main event.  Services include distribution of corporate portfolios, brochures, corporate /

door gifts/momentos (if any) during registration.
Post-event follow up.
 

For financial event projects such as analyst briefings, board meetings and general meetings (Annual, Extraordinary and Special), in addition to the above we also assist in:

 
Tidying up of powerpoint presentation including minor adjustments to content for financial results briefing,
* luncheon, boardroom meetings, etc
Preparing a list of anticipated questions and suggested answers for general meetings.
Printing powerpoint presentation, SGXNET, press announcement and other handouts.
