  Top 100 Signature Dish Award:

Crabmeat Tofu – Soft steamed tofu and crabmeat drizzled with a unique sauce made from century egg, topped off with grated century egg white, which adds to the velvety smoothness of the dish but without the strong taste of ammonia in the century egg. This dish strongly demonstrates the chef’s creative talent, as well as the emphasis placed on harmony in Japanese gastronomy.

Fukiyose Beinasu – Further proof that Japanese cuisine is indeed an art. This dish is made up of a delicate combination of eggplant and fresh seafood, and served with a delicious sauce, coupled with an eye-catching presentation.

Specialities: The sense of season is highly valued in Japanese culture, as so much of Japanese life, including their distinctive cuisine, revolves around the changing seasons. Reflecting these values, Yuzu-Shimizu offers special seasonal dishes not found in the regular menu, and guests may consult the captainregarding these selected dishes. It’s also seafood galore here at Yuzu-Shimizu, where you get a vast range of sashimi, such as raw fish and shellfish that boast an unmatched freshness. Put the succulent sashimi on bite-sized portions of Japanese rice, and what you get is the famously irresistible sushi that guests can order from the 12-seater sushi bar. For meat-lovers, the Niku Kami Nabe, also known as the Beef Paper Pot, will satisfy those carnivorous cravings.
